The short version: the SnipAIt app has no account, no API key, no login and no telemetry — it talks to the Claude desktop app on your own machine and to nothing else. This page describes what the website (snipait.com) collects.

Analytics on this website

This site uses privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate.

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it (heatmaps and session replays with text masked). Clarity sets cookies and processes data under Microsoft's privacy statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement).

Purchases

The $5 checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to this site. We receive only what is needed to deliver your download.

The app itself

SnipAIt the application collects nothing. Captures are held in memory, pasted, and the clipboard self-clears — nothing is written to disk and nothing is sent anywhere except into the Claude conversation you pick. The full source is MIT-licensed on GitHub if you want to verify that yourself.
